The Feldenkrais Method® of Somatic Education uses movement and attention as a way to learn, become more aware, change and continue to grow and develop throughout our lives.
The Feldenkrais Method® is called after Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais (1904-1984). His investigation into human functioning is a synthesis of physics, biology, neuroscience and motor development and resulted in this unique method for better well-being.

In an Awareness-Through-Movement Class® you are exploring a sequence of movements that make you Move – Sense – Think.
Movement is gentle, improvements often are immediate and experienced as increased mobility, strength and stability.
Classes are online at the moment. Tuesdays at 7pm via zoom. These cost 10 euro per class. Contact Susanne to get started.
Should you have to address specific physical health issues it is advised to book a hands on Individual Lesson® with a trained practitioner.
In the lesson you will become aware of healthy alternatives and be encouraged to develop more beneficial ways of moving.
